WHAT IS CAPSULE WARDROBE?

A capsule wardrobe means to narrow down the selection of products which help you to shop and dress smarter.

WHY EVEN START TO CREATE YOUR OWN CAPSULE WARDROBE?

The reason might differ for each one of us, but for me to create capsule wardrobe is spend less time and money on clothes . As women we all love shopping. So we have a habit to shop whatever we like whether we need it or not.

HOW TO CREATE CAPSULE WARDROBE?

Let’s try to break down into steps

1.   CLEANING:

This is probably the most difficult part because it is the first big step you’re going to take towards this capsule wardrobe challenge. Just clean out your entire closet and lay your stuff on bed.

2.   SORT OUT:

Start diving your closet into smaller chunks in the following order

• Yes: Absolutely love it.
•  No: never used it or you will.
• May be: only you know why this is maybe.it could be a memory, your favorite color, fit design, etc.
• Seasonal clothes: winter coat, jackets, boots, raincoats, etc.

3.   CALL-TO-ACTION:

Let’s start with making a checklist that will help you with exactly what you need.

SUMMER WARDROBE:

Summer clothing is usually light smooth and comfortable. It’s not the time to go for clothes that are uncomfortably fancy. Here’s what you need.

• Jeans 
• Skirt
• Trousers
• Shirt
• Tank
• One piece dress
• Sandal, Flats, Flip-Flop.

WINTER WARDROBE :

The focus during winter is on the outwear, so bring the “seasonal”. If you have following, it’s all about layering it up and doing mix match.

• Sweater’s

• Fleeced legging
• Scarves
• Couple of jacket

WORK WARDROBE:

You don’t have to show up in a new suit everyday to work. Smart dressing is the way to work towards this.

COLLEGE WARDROBE:

Sorting out a wardrobe for wear is probably the easiest because you don’t have to follow any strict rules as long as you follow the etiquette.

SHOES:

There was a time when I believed that the number of shoes owned was directly proportional to the cool quotient and if you are like this cleaning your shoes wardrobe will be the most painful part of the process.
